Hiking Club
Pack 49’s Hiking Club is designed to encourage outdoor adventure, physical activity, and appreciation of nature in a fun and safe environment. Through regular hikes, scouts will build confidence, develop teamwork skills, and work toward hiking-related achievements and awards. The program promotes the values of Scouting while helping scouts connect with the natural world and foster a lifelong love of the outdoors.

- Only hikes in natural settings count—neighborhood or city walks do not qualify.
 - To receive credit for family hikes, you must submit a hike worksheet within one month of the hike; paper or digital. The worksheet should include the date, location, and a short description of the hike (such as what you saw or experienced along the way).
