Scouts will race sailboats made from recycled materials around the house. This event encourages creativity, environmental awareness, and friendly competition. Bring recycled materials (bottles, clean foil, popsicle sticks). Meet out back at Summit Elementary. Weather dependent.
Join us on a discovery hike at the Retzer Nature Center. Scouts will hike the Discovery Trail and stop at the Exploration Stations for outdoor education, sensory-based play experiences, and STEM activities. Discovery trail is approximately 0.5 miles. Join us for Scouting day at Little Amerricka Amusement Park. The park has amusement rides, concessions, and train rides. Scouts in uniform receive BOGO wristbands. For more information, visit https://www.littleamerricka.com/ Wristbands at the park are $18 for green, $23 for Blue, $28 for gold. Park is about 40 minutes West of Oconomowoc.
Join us for a fun picnic with the pack. There will be yard games and food before the school year kicks off in September. Bring your favorite yard game and some lawn chairs. Potluck Sign-up will come out in August. Weather dependent.
