All About Lions
The Lion Den is for youth in Kindergarten and marks the first step in the Cub Scout journey. It provides a fun, age-appropriate introduction to Scouting for both the child and their adult partner—usually a parent or guardian. This shared experience encourages family involvement right from the start.
The Lion program focuses on:
- Fun and friendship
 - Foundational Scouting values
 - Hands-on learning through games, crafts, outdoor exploration, and simple adventures

It’s designed to build confidence, teamwork, and curiosity in a supportive and engaging way. The Lion Den is a wonderful opportunity for families to connect and begin their Scouting adventure together!
